As noted by Wayne Carp, author of Adoption in America: Historical Perspectives: Adoption did not emerge as the preferred system of child care in the early nineteenth century because elite families with whom the children were placed often treated them as servants rather than family members. Most significantly, Porter finds that rather than the happy, successful adoption outcomes often portrayed by those favoring adoption, 20 percent of adopted children had negative family experiences. The listening example that has been followed during the completion of the project is listening the important fact from the tutor as well as from the group members (Bozorgian, 2014). Listening helped a lot in completing the project as it helped in gaining and acquiring important concept. Verbal communication is also an important part of the interpersonal skill. The example of verbal communication that has been followed is conducting the group research and coordinating with the group while the project is done. The academic document is developed with the effective reading skills as it helps in finding the way around texts also increases the knowledge about the suitability of the text (Solikah et al., 2016). The example of a team work for resolving the conflict is during the operation of the project may of the group member is facing a problem while doing the project the other members solve the problem which lead the project into the right direction. The other skills that are been used are the verbal skill, communication skill, and the problem solving approach. The ethical behavior are discussed are the videos and the photographs taken with the help of drone technology (Shah, Anwar Irani, 2017). The social behavior is the collection of the data with the usage of the drone technology should not be handled to the wrong person. The legal considerations is the manufacturer should abide by the laws when manufacturing the drone technology. The project operation helps in coming across various people through which the cultural diversity increases. The opinion of different people, the mentality of different people and what the people wants are the major points that are came across while doing the project. The ICT technologies improved the organizational process by making the work automated, saving the time and cost effectiveness. The example of communication technology is applying the drone technology in the transport industry and the media industry. The example of collaboration technology is integrating the drone technology with the mining industry and the agricultural industry. The unit is too much friendly and the spirit of working was nice. They helped each other and showed the teamwork where ever it is needed. The improvement could be done on the point of researching the project and the combining a split work. The researching should be done on a broader range considering each and every point and the logic behind. The unit had a tendency to ignore the logic as the logical understanding is time consuming. The split work should be done and integrated in such a way that the whole project is upheld correctly and the project does not messed up at the last point.
